Mr Parmar qualified at London University
and received his orthopaedic training
as a registrar and lecturer in Leicester.
Following this training, he was appointed
senior registrar at the Royal National
Orthopaedic Hospital, in Stanmore.
Mr Parmar was a senior lecturer and
honorary consultant at Stanmore, before
moving to East Hertfordshire.
Mr. Parmar has published on whiplash, knee arthroscopy, ligament reconstruction.
